It will be possible to submit registration data to the TCC and the Oberig database via a smartphone. Citizens will be able to upload information about themselves on their smartphones through the “Reserve+” application for those liable for military service, conscripts and reservists.
On May 18, the updated Law of Ukraine “On mobilization preparation and mobilization” comes into force, which obliges ALL men aged 18-60 to update their credentials within 60 days – until July 16 inclusive. In the Reserve+ application, this can be done online using BankID.
According to the Ministry of Defense, updating data through the application does not automatically issue a referral to the Military Medical Commission (military medical commission). Such a referral can be issued subsequently if the need arises. With a high probability, the direction will be generated immediately after entering the data.
The application will be available for download to smartphones through the App Store and Google Play Market from May 18. The application will contain a QR code, by scanning which, representatives of the police and TCC will be able to INSTANTLY obtain information about the user’s status as a military service member, conscript or reservist. This may eliminate the need to carry a military ID, but this has not yet been included in the law.
“Reserve+” provides the ability to update data and access information in the “Oberig” registry. After entering, he will be able to see information from the Oberig registry about himself. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine also reminds that data can be updated offline at the Territorial Acquisition Centers or Administrative Services Centers (TSNAU).
