Skarp – a laser razor for everyone

A development team from the USA decided to make life easier and make the shaving process less painful. The startup Skarp Technologies presented the Skarp laser razor on Kickstarter. The product, according to the authors of the project, does not leave scratches, cuts, irritation, and there is no risk of infection.
The razor does not require the purchase of expensive cartridges. The body of the accessory is made of 6061 aluminum alloy, and the razor is powered by an AAA battery. The service life of the laser itself is not reported.
The device uses IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology, which was invented back in 1989 and is still used today for hair removal and dermatological treatments. The pre-order price for Skarp is $159 (better offers have already ended). For $299 you can order two razors at once.
