New Acer gaming laptops of the Nitro and Predator Helios series from CES 2024 will be in Ukraine in March

At CES 2024, Acer introduced new models of gaming laptops under the Nitro and Predator brands, equipped with 14th generation Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processors.
The Acer Nitro 17 (AN17-72) uses an Intel Core i7-14700HX (Raptor Lake Refresh) processor. The 14700HX has 8 performance cores, 12 efficiency cores and a maximum clock speed of 5.3 GHz. Entry-level systems will be equipped with a Core i5-14450HX processor, with the Core i7-4650HX falling in between. Acer is offering RTX 4060 graphics on the Nitro 17. RTX 40-class graphics will output to a 17-inch QHD (2560×1440) display with a 165Hz refresh rate. Acer claims an overclocked response time of 3ms and up to 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage. Systems can be equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and up to 2 TB NVMe SSD in a RAID-0 configuration.
Acer Predator Helios 16 (PH16-72) and Helios 18 (PH18-72) are equipped with a Core i9-14900HX processor – for the first it is an option, and for the second it is standard. Likewise, you can achieve maximum graphics performance with the flagship discrete graphics card RTX 4090 on the Helios 18; The Helios 16 is equipped with an RTX 4080. The Helios 16 uses a 16-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) 250Hz Mini LED display, while the Helios 18 simply expands the diagonal to 18 inches. The new Acer Helios gaming laptops come with up to 32GB of DDR5 memory and a maximum RAID-0 storage configuration of 4TB. Both laptops are equipped with a 90 Wh battery and have RGB-backlit keyboards equipped with MagKey 3.0 technology with replaceable mechanical switches. Finally, Acer supports the new Wi-Fi 7 standard in its latest laptops.
Acer Predator Helios 16 Neo (PHM16-72) and Helios 18 Neo (PHN18-71)are equipped with 16- or 18-inch WQXGA displays with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. They feature a Core i9-14900HX processor, a standard RTX 4070 GPU, up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and up to 2TB of SSD storage in a RAID-0 configuration. Both machines are powered by a 90Wh battery, and other features include a quad-zone RGB keyboard and a Wi-Fi 6E/Bluetooth 5.3 combo card.
When will this be in Ukraine?
- Predator Helios 18 (PH18-72) will go on sale in Ukraine at the end of March at a starting price of UAH 132,999;
- Predator Helios 16 (PH16-72) will go on sale in Ukraine at the end of March at a starting price of UAH 95,999;
- Predator Helios Neo 18 (PHN18-71) will go on sale in Ukraine at the end of March at a starting price of UAH 70,999;
- Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-72) will go on sale in Ukraine at the end of March at a starting price of UAH 67,999.
