Lenovo Service Shop service center opened in Kyiv

On June 8, 2015, a new mono-brand customer service center “Lenovo Service Shop” was opened in Kyiv.
The company reports that the service center “will allow you to quickly receive the necessary support so that Lenovo equipment never stops serving the client in business, helping in everyday life and delighting at leisure.”
Visitors will be able to get advice, update software, carry out warranty or post-warranty repairs for all types of Lenovo products without exception – laptops, smartphones, tablets, all-in-one PCs – as well as purchase a whole range of service products and accessories from the manufacturer.
The range of services provided includes:
- warranty service for end consumers;
- warranty service for corporate customers;
- post-warranty service;
- sale of branded services: warranty extension and upgrade, accidental damage insurance;
- sale of components and upgrades;
- sale of accessories
The Lenovo Service Shop center is located at the address: Kiev, Pobeda Ave., 47 (Shulyavskaya metro station). Opening hours are 09:00–20:00 on weekdays and 10:00–16:00 on Saturdays.
