HP has introduced a new subscription that rents a printer with a limit on the number of printed pages per month and provides ink for monthly fees. This proposal is designed to make printing easier for families and small businesses. The agreement includes monitoring by HP and multi-year commitments by subscribers.
Subscription prices vary depending on your printer model and number of pages printed. The cheapest subscription starts at $6.99 per month and includes an HP Envy printer and 20 printed pages, while the most expensive subscription, an HP OfficeJet Pro printer and 700 printed pages, costs $35.99 per month. Unused pages can be carried over to the next month or additional ones can be ordered if they run out.

As part of the subscription, HP promises to deliver ink as needed and provide 24/7 phone or chat support. However, the service does not cover damage or failure caused by the use of unsuitable media or non-HP products.
