Honor 9: characteristics of a flagship smartphone, and the price is like that of the middle class

Huawei, which owns the Honor brand, has introduced a new smartphone, Honor 9, in China.
Honor 9 is similar in characteristics to the flagship Huawei P10, and in design it resembles the model of the previous generation – Honor 8 .
You will notice that, as before, the back panel has a very unusual iridescent coating.
Notable differences compared to its predecessor are the appearance of a separate control button on the front panel and the transfer of the fingerprint scanner from the rear panel to the front.
Apparently, it uses the same hardware module with a dual main camera as in Huawei P10. One sensor is 12-megapixel color, and the second is 20-megapixel black and white. But the Leica inscription is missing. We can assume that the Honor 9 camera will be slightly less functional compared to the Huawei P10. The lenses have an aperture of f/2.2. 4K video recording is supported.

If we talk about the Chinese market, the simplest Honor 9 model with 4/64 GB memory will cost about $340, the modification with 6/64 memory will cost about $400, and the 6/128 GB version will cost $440.
